    Die blastische plasmazytoide dendritische Zellneoplasie (BPDCN) ist eine sehr seltene und meist aggressiv verlaufende hämatologische Neoplasie. Die Diagnose gilt als herausfordernd, auch weil sich die BPDCN sehr häufig primär kutan äußert – meist mit asymptomatischen, schnell progredienten Hautläsionen.2 Was sagt die neu erschienene Leitlinie zu Diagnostik und Therapie?
